At Fortunum Investments Ltd. we offer two ways in which salaried employees can reduce or eliminate taxes. They are Elimination of Taxes through a Dubai Incorporated company, or Elimination of Taxes by working for a Dubai Incorporated company.

Solution 1 – Incorporate your own company in Dubai

If your salary is sufficiently high enough that you pay a significant amount in taxes, this is the solution to go for. Incorporating a company is the best way to go forward.

The solution is simple.

We will incorporate a company for you in Dubai.
We will provide you with a residence visa in Dubai
You will have to negotiate with your current employer to sign an employment contract not with yourself, but with your Dubai Company.
This contract with your Dubai company will state that a “consultant” (which is you) will be provided to your employer for a “fee” which is reality your salary.
This fee will be paid to your Dubai Company’s bank account in Dubai. We will set up this bank account for you.
You will be given a debit card by the bank so that you can withdraw money from your country.
If you prefer, you can set up a token “stipend” or “foreign living allowance” to be paid to an account in your country so that you can pay the minimum tax and be eligible for facilities like state medical, education etc.

Solution 2

If the tax burden placed on your salary is not enough to cover the costs of incorporation, then this is the best solution for you.

You will become a salaried employee of Fortunum Investments Ltd.

You will sign a work contract with us and you will provided with a residence visa and a work contract.
We will “hire” you out to your current employer.
We will charge you for your issuing your visa and work contract.
We will invoice your employer for your services.
Your employer will pay us in Dubai.
We will then pay your salary into an account we will set up for you in Dubai minus a small fee for our services.
You will be given a debit card from your bank in Dubai. You can withdraw money from anywhere in the world.
